Bad Apple
$14.00
- A witty rhyming tale of an apple whose pranks backfire and learns a lesson
Coventry Inspiration Book Awards – Winner, 2023
This mischievous and funny story introduces Apple—definitely not your typical sweet, well-behaved fruit. Told through simple, bouncy rhymes, the book follows his antics as he causes chaos for everyone around him, from Pear and Pea to Cat, Spud, and Spoon. Each silly situation builds on the last, making the story more outrageous (and funnier) as it goes along. Written by Huw Lewis Jones, the tale has a playful rhythm that’s perfect for reading aloud. Just when you think Apple has gotten away with it all, there’s a darkly comic twist waiting at the end. It’s a cheeky, laugh-out-loud read with a slightly wicked sense of humor.
