Shipping & Returns
Yes, we offer free standard shipping for the following countries:
Singapore
Orders over $39 ship free!
Malaysia & Indonesia
Orders over $79 ship free!
**Unfortunately, at this moment we can’t offer free standard shipping outside of the above mentioned countries, but it’s great that you’ve heard the word about us, and we hope to alleviate this shortfall soon.
Singapore (standard shipping)
Flat rate of $3.00 if minimum amount for free shipping is not met.
International Order (standard shipping)
Shipping costs for T-Read’s International orders are determined by quantity, which is determined at cart or checkout.
**Shipping and product costs do not include duties or taxes that may be applicable to your order. For detailed information about what duties or taxes you may be charged, please refer to your local customs website.
Singapore
Most customers can expect to receive their order within 2 to 3 working days.
International
7 to 21 working days, depending on country of destination and custom clearance.
**Delivery time varies from country to country and cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen delays that might occur.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking info, so make sure to check your inbox and spam folder. You can also track your order by logging into My Account > Orders.
Once your order is confirmed, we won’t be able to make any amendments or cancellations.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time.
If you received your online order and the item is damaged or faulty, you are welcome to return it within 14 days upon receiving your products. Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. T-Read will credit the approved refund to your original method of payment. Points redeemed and shipping fees aren’t refunded on the original order. T-Read does not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns, but we recommend using a trackable and/or insured shipping method to guarantee successful delivery of your return. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
Return Instructions
- Take a photo of the item(s) and the shipping box if the item(s) is/are damaged.
- Send the photo to hello@t-read.com along with your order number and the subject line “RETURN”.
- Our Customer Care team will contact you to arrange the return or refund of the product within 5 business days.
- After receiving a return authorization from the Customer Care team, we need to receive your return within 14 days.
- Once your return is received and inspected, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for our team to process your refund or replacement.
Promotions & Payment
Could it be caused by one of the following:
- Has this promo code already been used?
- Has the promo code expired?
- Are the Terms and Conditions of the promo code met?
- Is the product excluded from the promo code?
If you still have trouble using it despite the clues above, drop us a message here with a screenshot of the error message.
We accept all major bank cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Some payment processors, such as Apple Pay and PayPal, will default to shipping to the address associated with that account, so be sure to double-check your details before placing your order!
T-Read uses secure, third-party payment gateways to process your payment. We do not retain your credit card information during or after the transaction.
There are several reasons why it is not working, but here are a few things you can check:
Credit Card
- The billing address matches the address on file with your credit card and/or bank.
- Enter the name and credit card number exactly as you see it on the card.
- Verify your credit card number and expiry date.
- You haven’t exceeded your transaction limit.
Stock Availability
- The product in your cart is in-stock.
Internet Connection
- A stable internet connection.

Though there is no one size fits all approach, you may want to adopt one of these guidelines:
- Find a Subject on the main menu that might interest your kid most.
- Look out for Award Winners, 50 Must Read Books, or Monthly Featured located on the LHS of the menu.
- Discover a book from our Popular Series.
- Apply Filter on the Product Listing page to narrow your search.
- Keep an eye on those books we suggest on the Homepage.

Here you’ll be able to find the synopsis, development domain, award, dimensions, and any other useful information about the item. We also include the “takeaway” to provide a quick snapshot of what the books entail in our best abilities.

- Book released as part of a boxed set
Price Match Policy
The Price Match Guarantee is T-Read’s commitment to match or beat the prices of selected products offered by key online and local competitors so our customers would receive the best possible price.
All the products you can find within T-Read.
If you find a lower price advertised on our list of Qualified Competitors for an identical product, we will refund 100% of the difference through your credit card.
Steps:
Submit your claim via email to hello@t-read.com, use “Price Match Guarantee Claim” as subject, and provide the following details:
- T-Read order number and the specific product intended for claim.
- URL (website address) of the Qualified Competitor’s product page that is used for the price matching.
- Screenshot of that same Qualified Competitor’s product page, which includes the product name and price.
Note:
- Only identical products of the same cover type, size, and quantity are applicable. Products must be in-stock at the Qualified Competitor.
- Please allow us up to 7 working days to respond to your claim. If approved, we credit the price difference to your credit card within 7 working days upon notification.
Any Singapore online or in-store authorised retailers.
- Any prices of retailers not listed as Qualified Competitor.
- Any “Marketplace” pages where an order is fulfilled by a third party rather than the owner/operator of the retail store/website, for example, Carousell or eBay.
- Any limited quantity, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, clearance, closing down, and seasonal sales. The requested matched price will be the final price and cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.
- Any price that is based upon rebates, coupons, vouchers, pre-order offers, longer delivery time, pricing errors, bundling of products or services, gift cards, or gift card offers.
- Any services such as shipping/delivery.
- Any product purchase intended for resale or offered by a wholesaler.
- Any lower-priced offer for a product that is on a lead time, rain check, or out of stock. Product must be in stock and immediately available.
- Any price from a paid membership club or paid loyalty programs (e.g. prices that require a club or loyalty card that is associated with a membership fee).
Sustainable Packaging
Sustainable Packaging is the use of packaging solutions that have minimal environmental impact and footprint. Simply put, sustainable packaging is earth-friendly and doesn’t contribute to the further depletion of natural resources.
Since we only have one liveable planet, everyone has to play a part in preserving the environment. Choosing an eco-friendly packaging will go a long way in minimising waste and pollution and helps to conserve Earth’s precious resources.
Let’s look at the strategies of our sustainable packaging:
- Share disposal and recycling best practices.
- Physically designed to optimise materials for various book sizes.
- Recycled packaging materials.
- Compostable and biodegradable plastic alternatives (except tape).
We are actively adopting sustainable Ecommerce practices:
- Allow the customers to reuse and repurpose the packaging into a file folder to avoid packaging waste.
- Reduce the need for returns by optimising the product page to help customers make well-informed buying decisions.
- Include sustainability-focused books in the offerings to nurture environmental awareness in our children.
- Reduce energy waste in our business infrastructure by doing an annual energy review to determine where cuts can be made.
Development Domain
For children to grow into strong, healthy, and giving adults, their education in the early years should meet specific developmental milestones in each of the five domains. Some without another may result in an incomplete or unbalanced education. The five domains of early childhood development are creative, literacy, cognitive, social-emotional, and physical.
T-Read harnesses the development domain matrix to provide a complete picture of a child’s development across the five domains so parents can observe and nurture all areas of the child’s development to become a well-rounded individual.
The Development Domain matrix comprises the five development domains and is played on a scorecard that’s made up of 25 circles. Registered users will earn a “wink” on one of the five domains for every product purchased. If you collect 5 winks in a row, either horizontal or vertical, you will earn 200 points. When you complete the whole matrix with 25 winks, you will earn 1000 points. The points can be used to offset your purchases at either Cart or Checkout pages.
**The domain associated with each product is based on a best effort basis, and T-Read may, in our sole discretion, change or modify the domain at any time without prior notice.
This happens when you collect more than 5 winks in a row horizontally, or when the matrix is completed. A new matrix will unveil, and any overflown wink will be displayed there.
The wink and the corresponding points (if any) earned will be reversed and can be monitored on My Account > Points.
