PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

By submitting and order, you agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts. If your delivery address is outside of Singapore, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the delivery reaches your destination country. Any such additional charges will be borne by you. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the website. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased by or under the same user account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We also reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by competitors, resellers, or distributors.

All payments shall be in Singapore dollars.

APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

By using this website, you agree that the laws of Singapore, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between you and T-Read, or its affiliates. You agree that any dispute, controversy or claim related in any way to your use of this website or to products you purchase from us shall be resolved by negotiating in good faith. If no amicable settlement is reached from such negotiations, we shall try to resolve the dispute by submitting it for mediation in Singapore at the Singapore International Mediation Centre. Thereafter if no amicable settlement is reached through the aforesaid mediation, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore and the language of arbitration shall be English.
